Return Policy

How do I make a return?

To make a return submit your return request to info@unrulyqueen.com with your order number.

If you’re not totally obsessed with your Unruly Queen purchase, you may exchange or return it for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Store credit never expires.

Your store credit must be used in its entirety and it is valid for 1 time use only. It cannot be used with any other discounts. The store credit does not apply towards shipping charges. It is only valid on our products.

Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO Not return any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address to send your return to. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs.

How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

What items are returnable?

Most apparel, and shoes are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.


Final Sale Items

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale. 

All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Clearance items, discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. 

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items (using a discount code)
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Sunglasses
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
  • Shipping fees
  • Handbags
  • Accessories
  • Mask or items sold with a mask

Can I get my money back?

For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. 

Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed and finalized. 

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.

If you are returning for store credit, you will receive an email with your store credit code. 

Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.

If it's an exchange, our team will process the exchange and create the new order. You won't have to do anything.

You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order. Your store credit cannot be combined with any other codes. It cannot be used toward shipping charges, only toward product. The store credit must be used one time only and in its entirety. If there is a balance left, we won't be able to issue another code. So please make sure to use it in its entirety.

Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
